This hotel boasts a great location with plenty to do nearby. Behind the hotel there is a court with bars and restaurants, while across the street there is a shopping mall with great restaurants. the rooms are small but clean with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are nice. the staff is polite and helpful, willing to go the extra mile. the breakfast spread is tasty with fresh fruit and pastries. Plus, the hotel offers USB charging outlets at the desks in the rooms.

The air conditioning unit in the rooms can be loud and disruptive at times.

Rooms were decent and location was fine, there were a couple of good restaurants nearby that made the stay more comfortable.

The breakfast was not satisfactory. There was not much on offer and the quality of what was available was disappointing.

During my christmas stay, I was pleased with the selection of fresh fruit and delicious Mexican food offered at breakfast. , the USB charging outlets in the room were a convenient touch. The location was excellent, close to a variety of restaurants, bars and a shopping mall. One of my favorite things was being able to easily walk to the nearby Christmas market and ice skating rink.

The lack of a light by the bed was inconvenient and made it difficult to find my way to the bathroom at night. the room felt a bit small and plain, lacking necessary hangers for two people, and the faucet in the sink caused water to splash everywhere.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness; the hotel facilities, including good internet and USB power outlets; the location which was close to a nice animated area with several good restaurants and bars. Breakfast was decent, and the staff at the reception was very friendly. Quick check-in and check-out process made our stay even better.
